I know BlitzMax is not a ‘fresh’ product, and maybe it’s future is already defined… but this doesn’t mean it’s ‘dead’.
Said that I found that the original logo has too much a ‘retro’ taste… so I started to make some experiments.

I’m not full happy (the white border and the violet color for example), but the whole idea is to see if – without shading and other ’90 graphics effects – it is possibile to find out a simple but effective logo.
What I like of this is the simplicity, no strange color effects, the solid color, it’s squared and it’s understandable and refers to the product.
Other version I’m testing…
ps: the font used is called DAYS ONE (from Google Font) and it was created online using Vectr.com
