New version of ProxyGadgets online.
Main changes are about ToolBarExtra.
I’ve added support for RemoveGadgetItem and ClearItemGadget and little fix.
Changed the example with one simpler (the old one is still present in the doc folder)

Installation:
- delete (or move) the Proxygadget folder in BlitzMax/mod/maxgui
- extract .Zip file in BlitzMax/mod/
- in MaxIDE CTRL+D to build module
- Rebuild documentation
