MaxGUI – NG version

I just changed the MaxGUI module that comes in BlitzMax NG with my hacks. This version is required to use my Proxygadgets (new gadget_classes, new functions and so on). I tested without problems on BlitzMax

ProxyGadgets – NG version

This version is slightly changed to run without problems on BlitzMax NG. Except for one gadget, all the proxygadgets are the same of the Vanilla version. It should run without problems. Tested on BCC NG
